Ashley Mechanical, Inc. is working alongside Daniel O’Connell & Sons during the duration of all Vassar Science Center Projects.
We will be responsible for $8 Million dollars of Plumbing installation. The first major installation of the
Science Center projects is The Bridge. The planned 80,000-square-foot structure will span two pieces of campus terrain
across the Fonteyn Kill and connect to Olmsted Hall with a two-level skywalk and span 410 feet to its other end at the
shoulder of Raymond Avenue.

Student Recreation Center
Ashley Mechanical, Inc. is working alongside Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management during the construction of the $25 million dollar expansion. Ashley Mechanical, Inc. is responsible for $3 Million dollars of Plumbing and HVAC ductwork installation in the new Student Commons, which is nearly doubling in size. Architects Noelker and Hull, in collaboration with nationally renowned interior architect, Adam Tihany—famous for his design of luxury hotels and restaurants—designed the new Student Commons which also incorporates state-of-the art recreation facilities and a new dean’s wing.

Athletic Offices

at the James J. McCann Center. We were responsible for $2 Million dollars of HVAC installations throughout the
10,000 square foot addition.
