In 2014, the CIA unveiled the new $19 Million dollar Marriott Pavilion with its new 42,000-square-foot Conference Center
and Ecolab Auditorium. Ashley Mechanical worked alongside Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management during the construction
of the pavilion where we were responsible for $2.2 Million Dollars of HVAC & Plumbing Equipment installed.

Hancock Center
Hancock Center, completed in 2011, overlooks the Hudson River from atop a bluff in the heart of Marist’s Campus.
This new 57,664-square-foot home for School of Computer Science and Mathematics houses the College's School of Computer
Science and Mathematics, including faculty offices, nine classrooms, six conference/seminar rooms, and three computer labs.
Ashley Mechanical worked alongside Bill Mergl of Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction Management during the two-year construction.
The project was one of five projects in all of New York state to be awarded with an Build New York award by the Associated General Contractors.
Ashley Mechanical, Inc. was responsible for $2.9 Million dollars of Plumbing and HVAC ductwork installation.

László Z. Bitó '60 Conservatory Building
Completed in 2013, the new two-story 17,000 sq. ft. László Z. Bitó ’60 Conservatory Building houses 15 learning
studios including two percussion studios, a teaching classroom, a student lounge, student instrument lockers,
the main Conservatory office and a 150 seat performance space that is equipped with the latest audio and video
recording and live-streaming technology. The conservatory uses geothermal wells and heat pumps and follows Bard’s
environmental best-practice standards. Ashley Mechanical, Inc. worked alongside Kirchhoff-Consigli Construction
Management during the construction where we were responsible for $1.8 Million Dollars of HVAC Equipment
installed.
