Additions & Renovations
Ashley Mechanical, Inc. installed $1.2 Million dollars of equipment during the district wide additions and renovations a Tri-Valley Schools.
We worked alongside Keystone CC & M throughout the duration of this project. Multiple buildings installed new ground-source
geothermal HVAC systems, energy efficient lighting and building thermal envelope upgrades.
Tri-Valley Central School District
The Tri-Valley CSD includes Tri-Valley Elementary School as well as Tri-Valley Secondary School.
Tri-Valley Central School District, serves not only the town of Grahamsville in Sullivan County but
much of the adjacent town of Denning in Ulster County. It gets its name from the three streams that
rise in that area of the Catskill Mountains: Rondout and Chestnut creeks and the Neversink River.
