Robbins Residence Hall
Ashley Mechanical, Inc. worked alongside Storm King Contracting for the duration of the Additions at Robbins House.
We were responsible for $2 Million Dollars of plumbing and HVAC installation in the New Robbins Residence Hall.
Robbins Hall, which consists of Old Robbins & New Robbins, houses upper college students. It includes a new geothermal
heating and cooling system. The renovation also incorporated many features of a LEED(Leadership
in Energy & Environmental Design) building.
Bard College
Bard College, founded in 1860 as St. Stephen's College, is a private liberal arts college
in Annandale-on-Hudson. The campus overlooks the Hudson River and Catskill Mountains,
and is within the Hudson River Historic District, a National Historic Landmark.
