Fulton Townhouses
The New Fulton Townhouses each feature radiant floor heating as well as central air.
This $42 Million dollar project was completed with Kirchoff Consigli Construction Management
where Ashley Mechanical, Inc. was responsible for $2.7 Million dollars of installations.
With a shortage of student housing, Marist College began construction of the Fulton Street Townhouses.
The first phase included eight new dormitory buildings. Due to the lack of housing available for students,
the project took place on an accelerated schedule. While there were obstacles with site conditions,
the project was completed on the orginial time table before the start of the fall semester.
